Payment Rules

  • At first enrollment, new students must pay:
    1 course fee + fund + registration fee (≈ 1700 USD).

  • Remaining tuition must be paid by the end of the first week after add/drop period.

  • Late payments will have interest added.

  • Renew registration every semester.

Thesis Registration

  • Master’s (with thesis): Must register for thesis by 3rd semester; thesis fee applies each time.

  • PhD: Thesis registration required by 3rd semester.

    • Free until the semester of the qualifying exam.

    • That semester: thesis fee covers both thesis + exam.

    • Afterwards: thesis fee applies each term.

Fee Calculation

  • Semester fee = (course fee × number of courses) + thesis fee (if any) + funds.

  • Book fees for ENGL 509 & 511 are not included in tuition. Scholarships cover tuition only, so book fees must still be paid.

  • Registration

All amounts include VAT (KDV) and are indicative. Final fees are confirmed in your offer letter.
